I love watching the World Series of Poker on ESPN every once in a while. My favorite year was the one n which Sammy Farha (spelling?) went up against Chris Moneymaker. I was wanting Farha, but too bad he lost.

The past few years has not been as intense as that year, however I still like watching the event every year.

I like to watch the world series of poker on TV also, I first started watching it on the Travel Channel, then soon stations like ESPN and Fox Sports started to show tournaments also.

When did the travel channel begin airing poker tournaments? I never knew they did. All I ever see on it is different culture's food, clothing and scenic locations. If it has poker, I may have found myself a new favorite station.

The travel Channel has been airing the World Series of Poker for years now. You just have to check their website for airing times.

Yes, the travel channel does have it on. I want to say it is on Sunday here but I cannot remember for sure. My husband watches it from time to time.

Yeah the Travel Channel has been airing poker tounaments at least since 2002, that is about the first time I saw professional poker tournaments on TV.

I learn something new everyday it seems. I have always just watched it on ESPN and sometimes on various websites. I will now being viewing the Travel Channel in the future. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
