Todays Selections 23-07-05 ( Sat )

Good Morning All,

Theres quite a few handicap races, but most
of them are quite a tricky affair.

Here are my selections for today the 23-07-05 ( Saturday )

5-05 YORK

No. 2. SUALDA - win - rating = 7

5-25 NEWBURY - Twin win

No. 5. SENTINEL - win - rating = 6
No. 9. JACK OF TRUMPS - win - rating 61/2

P.S. Theres a big handicap race today, its the main
feature among all the handicaps, but its quite
a trappy handicap and its quite wide open
looking race.

But since its saturday, i'll give 2 horses, but
go small on stakes.

Win or lose, it won't be counted towards the
bank balance.

Here are the 2

3-45 NEWBURY

No. 1. POLAR WAY - win - rating = 6
No. 3. NEW SEEKER - win - rating = 6

P.S. Theres others that are rated the same, and
others lower.

Good luck

Cheers
Ken

P.S. Theres racing tomorrow, so if any
bets, it will be posted.

Have a nice evening if you're
going out, of course you are
its - saturday.

morning ken, i have a strong fancy for a horse running in the 2.55 at york called spirit of france.hes a progressive looking mark johnston 3yo,who seems to be favouribly weighted against the chief dangers in the race and looks like he might go close at a decent price.anychance you could take a look at it and give me your oppinion or rating? cheers, have a good weekend.

Hi Houdani,

I just saw your message, i did the race and i found
it to be a tricky affair.

In saying, your fany has an average chance, as for
a rating, i would rate it = 51/2

Good luck in what you do

Ken

Hello Ken

I have been following your thread for quite some time now and you do not appear to be making a lot of headway in financial terms.

Is this because you are :-

1. Just in it for a bit of fun, or
2. You are enduring a poor streak in your gambling,
3. You are just not very good at horse racing tips

I am really rooting for you but your wins seem to get outstripped by your losses, or at least matched.

This is obviously not a great way to make a living from what I can see.

Any comments at all ?

I saw that a guy called Mayoman posted another link - what was that and why did it get deleted ?

Dow Dog,

I'll try and make it short.

The main factor is to have good fun, and if along the
way i happen to show a profit then that would be nice
as i can regard it as a lucky bonus.

Bank Balance up-date 23-07-05 ( Sat )

Previous win bets Bank Balance = £533-75

Selections given today the 23-07-05 = 3

Winners = 0

Bank Balance now stands at = £503-75

Bank Balance on lays ( no change ) = £1019

P.S. Do have a view that the win bets i give out are to
have good fun ( of course im not giving any donkey tips )
but if along the way a profit can be made, that
would be very nice, i shall regard it as a bonus.

Without wanting to bore you, allow me to say an
important factor about me and my horse racing
in the past.

In those days, my health was good or rather quite
good, i treated horse racing in a serious manner,
yes of course i made my racing pay, there was a
lot of discipline and patience, i would have to go
as long as 1 to 2 months before i had a bet, it was
not a common factor, i would only average about
8 - 12 bets during a flat season and that was the
case for the national hunt season too.

But now as my health is not as it was, i had to
avoid stress and other things.
So i decided to have good fun and during these
days if i could make a profit, i would look at it
as a bonus.

My intentions for all of you on here who follow
my bets or what ever the reason may be, i ask
you to have a view that this is all good fun, and
if i manage to show a profit, that would be a
very nice bonus indeed.

I thought i'll let you know this, i trust and hope
that you can understand this.

If any of you do wish to ask me a question
please do so, but please don't expect a swift
reply, its due to my health and other issues.

I like to thank all who have been ever so nice
and kind to me with their PM to me and on here
i will not forget you.

With Warm Regards
Ken

P.S. Keep smiling and do try to keep your tail up
its not easy, but with some help, it can be done.

I do hope that i have not bored you, we all
at times live in a different world.
