Sorry i didn't make it clearer Ken, your pc regional settings are set to u.s. specification, it hppens if you've had to reinstall windows and didn't choose the correct language/regional settings,
my explanation is how to get the correct u.k settings if at all you want the £ sign back.

Stakes are based at $50-00 pounds on each selection. level stakes at all times.

Day 1 - lost = $50-00 pounds ( 1 N R )

Day 2 - lost = $100-00 pounds

Bank Balance = $850-00 pounds

P.S. I won't take the previous winners profit into play ( not fair )

If I had lost 15% of my trading account in my first 2 days though, I would be a very worried guy.

Ken as you know I am no racing man ,
BUT wound it not be better to place the bets £25 each way instead of to win ?
cos there can only be 1 winner and the second choice may come second or third ?
