Whenever I am at a table, I always want to have a couple of drinks and a lot of snack food to eat. It gives me a supply of energy and comfort, and if I get stressed or I need to stall for a some time I can just take a quick drink or bite to give me a few more seconds to decide.

I to like to have something to drink and whatever food I do have I like it to be easy to eat and not messy. So it is usually pretzels or something a long those lines.

I prefer a drink but not something to eat. I heard many prefer to eat while at the table but I just prefer to drink. This has been my habit not just in this matter but in everything I prefer this in any matter.

Brain food is what I call it. Eating gives me a need boost and as shading scars mentioned, eating also allows you to stall for some time if you do so correctly.

Also please try to keep this about Poker Strategy & Psychology instead of things you like to eat.

I was never a big fan of eating at the table, I used to smoke to stall but now you can't smoke anywhere in public

I always like to have peanuts crisps and general snack food around the table for games like this!
Then occasionally we have a break and order pizza etc its nice for a break and lets you re-charge you batterys!

i don't usually eat when playing.
it distracts me!

You have to take control of yourself and dictate how you respond to every little movement or activity you are involved in.
