Sometimes I also like to also wear overally distracting clothing. Against my friends, I put on pastel shirts, short short short shorts, crazy hats with thins sticking out of them like little birds on springs sticking out, and socks on my hands.

It makes them laugh so much they can not play. It is ridiculous, but it works.

I saw a breakdown of a study on the affects of colours on people once, and it was interesting. So I think just the choice of what colours you wear could affect your perception by the other players.

Do you think that it would be ideal to just go with one colour scheme, or adjust it based on who your opponents were?

It may even be nice to watch a player several games before you join in. Perhaps carry a suit case and go change based upon what they are wearing. It would be classic to even get into the almost exact same clothing as they are. Give them the perception that you are them and is just as good. The stress will cause them to mess up eventually.

Wow Clothes affecting the game, I never knew about it before. I think it is a good idea to watch and then go ahead to change. It would be good to give it a try and check out, hope to win with this technique.

That would be kind of funny to take a suitcase and keep changing. It would make people who are playing wonder what is up with you. Which in turn might effect their game.

Every year I see the World Series on, there is always this one player who always wears an iverson Seventy Sixer's Jersey. I wonder if that is part of his strategy.

I think that is more along the lines of him wanting to make an identity for himself. I do not believe he wears that as part of any poker strategy.

Last night I had two of my friends and my brother over for some poker. My brother decided to show up in a banana suit! He looked so ridiculous and I could never tell when he was or was not bluffing because he was laughing the entire game.

I've never tried to wear anything different in hopes of affecting my game, I normally just wear clothes that I'm comfortable in, but if my luck continues like it has maybe I will throw on some crazy costumes and see what happens

It is even funny to dress all up in a religious costume. Who is going to want to beat Jesus at poker?
