Money management
Money management is a big part of the game of poker. Playing with no strategy and plan on how, when and how much to bet is a big risk and leaves you with nothing but luck and you will most likely go home with less money in your pocket.

Yes true, but you must vary your game everytime you sit. I find that you need to feel your way through a table maybe take a bad beat to teach you what you need to know for later and see how people play. If you are going all in instead of making correct bets and leaving yourself outs then you will get yourself in better positions.

Managing your money or you chips may be one of the most vital parts of the game. Money is after all is something that we all need in our everyday life. You have to be careful not to go overboard and risk too much when you know you stand no chance. Play carefully and watch yourself at all times.

I always take a certain amount and when that is gone I am done. Now if I win I also try to set some of my winnings aside to take home and then use some to keep playing. I personally find it no fun when I leave with nothing or worse yet spend money I don't have.
