When playing poker do you like to dress in ridiculous outfits to throw off the other players? Some people wear funny glasses and hats while others go all out and make themselves seem like a joke. What about you?

I just go as myself. Of course some people dress up for various reasons but sometimes that just looks like insecurity. I use sunglasses as most but not often that either.

I feel too much of flashy outfit might just send the wrong message to others and might instead prove the wrongdoing of your own lack of concentration.

I would not recommend anyone using anything else but sunglasses during a game. I feel one need to withhold some kind of seriousity.

Other than sunglasses my husband doesn't wear anything that is outragous. We do have a friend that wears different hats every weekend but that is just as a joke. Not so much to throw anyone off of their game.

I think one should wear such stuff that suits your comfort and the other people that wears funny stuff do it to hide their emotions only and I think they do i t well.

I think people should just dress normally when they are playing poker. I really do not see how some type of strange outfit can serve much purpose.

I just wear what I am comfortable in If I feel the need to hide my expressions I will just wear a pair of simple dark shaded sun glasses. There is no need to go all out and make yourself look like a joke.

Well said. I have seen a few people like that. I never understood what goes on in their mind when they wear such stuffs. Must be they feel what they are doing is good.

Maybe I should wear something that makes me comfortable. Hats and shades will to hide my facial expressions. My opponents will not know if I have a good or bad card.
