I think that diagram just about sums everything up. Covers all the basic and not so basic card hands. If you havr problems knowing what type of hand you have then maybe it would be good to print that diagram out.

Yeah, the diagram helped me a lot. I learned about the different hands from others but I would get them mixed up for awhile so I used the chart to get things straight.

I remember when I first started I put a lot of my stack into a hand because I thought three of a kind beat a full house. Boy was that a surprise when I was told that I had lost.

Wow, I suppose many newbies do that, because I did that myself. I remember being so sure I would win, but then they explained that a full house was higher.
