The latest Bond movie is quite amazing. The whole movie and book is about odds of winning, gambing, betting, casinos and outplaying your opponents using pyschology. Everyone should see it at some time. It is quite good.

I have seen the movie. Pretty sure I talk about it in a different threaf. But yes the movie is great. I know it is supposed to be an action movie but the poker scenes are well done.

I haven't seen this one yet. I have heard that it is good though. This is the movie with the new guy playing bond isn't it? I have trouble looking at him and seeing him as the new James Bond though. I am sure that will go away with time though.

I think Daniel Craig has potential to become the best Bond ever. In the past when I had seen a new Bond in a movie I thought, "Wow, is this Bond?" But when I saw Craig in casino Royale I did not think this because he looked and acted out the part so well.

I agree with you tater, I too didn't watch the movie because of the same reason. I am not sure if I would ever, but heard of his acting a lot. He was just amazing, that's what all my friends say.

I will have to check it out. I think it has more to do with the blond hair and fair coloring. I just always thought of Bond as this dashing guy and the fairness just doesn't bring that picture to me when I see him now.

i haven't seen this yet. i hardly watch movies lately. lol.
but this movie, as far as i can recall, is one of dad's favorites.

His appearence is not what one would usually expect to see as Bond, however his attitude and acting pulled everything together. He showed a colder side to the character. While he may not be the best in some people's opinions, he is a lot better than some of them in the past, especially Dalton and Lazenby.
