I don't set aside any special amount, I just make sure that I don't dip into money I need to pay the bills because I usually end up on the losing side of things.

I basically use a 100 once in a while and go to watch the real poker players play and then i learn from them. I still get a little bit too emotional to be a good player so i try to emulate players like Joe Hashem and Jesse Furgeson.
