That really did not make a whole lot of sense. Gambling is illegal in America. You cannot personally think it is illegal. Those who do gamble are indeed putting themselves at risk but that is not much of a problem if you do it inside of your own house.

I think it depends on a specific country and it's laws pertaining to gambling. It seems it would be good to know few things about what the rule says about playing this game.

True that. I believe in America any state can have casinos as long as they are on water. So it would have to be a river boat casino or smething along those lines. We have that here in Ohio but I know on the next election we will probably have a bill on whether gambling should be legalized.

Here is the difference. Places that have casinos allow gambling and therefore have legalized it. In other states gambling is not legal and therefore even doing it at home is illegal. Online gambling in the US is actually not legal. In many places in the US gambling is also not legal. Even if a state has no gambling laws, but you have an Indian Reservation, their rules are different and so gambling is legal on the reservation. Hope this helps.

I think gambling should be legalized. A lot of people are making money with gambling. And if the government will legalized it I'm sure they will make money too thru tax.

I agree. It should definitly be legalized. Casinos could make up a large portion of our economy. America is supposed to be about free trade and an open market so I say let there be casinos.
