I think this is right. Because actual practice is better than reading. I am learning more in actual practice than in reading. Everything needs to be practiced in order to be good at it. Reading is not enough because actual is different.

You could read all the poker books out there and know all there is to know but in the end it is kind of worthless because you learn nothing. You do not know how to apply what you know to the game so you need to get together with some people of your skill level and learn with them.

Poker help books

I really need some good book too the books that I have purchased are all junk they never teach you the actual game but just the steps that really doesn't makes sense in real game scenario

This is right. Learning poker is just like learning your preferred course in college. You can never understand the whole thing about your course unless you are already working and been into the real situation.

I would not waste my money on something like that. You could just do a google search and find all you need and more. Books do not say anything that the internet doesn't.
