YouTube - CES 2008 - SONY OLED TV
Its only 3mm thick, million to one contrast ratio. Amazing picture, the only thing holding it back is the cost. 2500 bucks for an 11 inch oled. That should come down in the future.

It would need to come down a serious amount for most people to be able to buy one. I know that for something that size, that it wouldn't be worth me buying it, even if I had the cash to spare.
