Guitar Hero 3

So has anyone played this game yet? We got it for my sons and to be honest I am loving it myself. This is the first time in a long time that I have actually enjoyed a video game with the kids.

I hate that game! All my friends think it is the greatest game so when we have parties that is all they do and that has made be hate teh game.

Parties are no fun when they are hijacked by video games, especially Guitar Hero. The game is fine for a while, but the music list is terrible and it i nothing like playing a guitar. I did see though, that Nintendo Wii finally got some in stock.

I actually ended up skipping a New Years Eve party because Guitar Hero 3 was going to be there. It gets so old. I would but it for myself but its too expensive for just an ok game.

I didn't play this game yet. I heard both positive and negative views regarding this game. I can't comment unless I play it up. But surely in a good party having a game doesn't sound that good, especially because some might like it and some might not.

I've seen it, but I don't know the object of it. Does it require any musical ability at all, like having rhythm?

I can see how it would get boring after awhile but to be honest it is something that both my husband and I enjoy playing with the boys and they look cute while playing it.

I can see that having more of an appeal than just the game.

There was a TV ad on over the Christmas holidays that showed two guys in their thirties wailing on air guitar as they were trying to buy the new version.

It looked weird, even though I realize that's the demographic of most gamers.

One of my colleague gave this present to his son as a Christmas gift and watching his son playing he too felt like trying it out, but finally he was been booted more than 5 times as he was damn slow. He just was so much pissed off that he wasn't able to play. I couldn't check it out till date though.

The game is also highly expensive. I wish it was 50 with a guitar. If it as then I would but the game for myself but I do not have the 90 I need to buy the bundle pack.
