Slots Tips

I like playing slots, but I've always thought they were pure luck. Some people seem to actually have tips for playing slots. If you're one of those people, please share them with us here.

How can there be tips for playing the slots? That game is pure luck and nothing else. Am i missing out on something here?

That would be my response as well. But believe me, I've heard some people say it's not just pure luck... I don't understand how that works; that's why I'm asking this question here!

My mom says that you should sit down at on where someone has just left. I am not to sure why she feels that way other than she just says that usually people move on when they are not having any luck and she feels that those are the ones that will hit next. Personally I think it is just all luck.

This is what I’ve always heard too but it doesn’t seem like it could be true. If the machines really pick by random then you could play all day and never win or play five times in a row and win all five. The only way it seems this could be true is if the machines were set to pay out every so often like after so many games.

My mom always said that too. I've only won "big" once and there was no strategy involved whatsoever. I would love to hear from people who might have other strategies.

Yea I am sure that we have all heard that. But at the same time there is no real proof that doing that will make you win. It is just an idealogy. I can see how that would get started but I highly doubt there is much truth behind it.

I was told the same thing by a couple of people. When I won anything though it was completely by random. Didn't matter if no one was sitting at the machine for 20 minutes or someone was sitting at one for an hour.

I really think that the slots are completely just luck. I do not think timing has anything to do with it but of course I could be wrong.
