To "beat" a slot machine takes time. You have to stand and watch someone else playing and if that machine has not given that person any big wins there are a bigger chance for you to win I believe. Each machine must have some kind of % of wins. This is a guess though.

You say pure luck and I could not agree more.

No, you don't have any better chance of winning then the last person. I'm not sure about video slots but mechnical slots don't have a % they have to let win. The only strategy I can think of is play old mechanical slot machine because they have about a 1 in 250 chance of winning the jackpot where video slots can be 100 times that.

It is based on pure luck. Its program is set to make a random numbers, so you can't be sure that you can win all the time.

I have heard that it is easier to win after you see someone else win. I do not know what logic they are using, but I have heard this from at least five of my casino buddies.

I've been playing the slots for years, and sometimes you win somtimes you don't - as far as I can tell there is no strategy whatsoever involved. If there is I sure as heck don't know of it

They are about luck, but you want to actually pick a slot that someone had been playing on for a long time. I have foun dmuch luck with those types of slots.

I heard some slots veterans talking once, and they shared a strategy that they seemed to have had success with.

Sorry I didn't really grasp it in the brief time I was listening to them, but they referred to not playing a machine unless they could "stop" it.

Does anyone here know what that means?

I think they also suggested that it wasn't a good idea to just keep playing your credits without cashing out.
