Interesting Fact
One of my friend says that people who play bingo were more accurate and faster at tests that measured memory, mental speed ...Do you agree with this?

If he is talking about speed Bingo, yes. I don't see how it would make a difference with regular Bingo because it seems to be relatively slow going.

I can see that on both regular Bingo and Speed Bingo. Looking at the numbers over and over helps jog the memory, while trying to find the number as quickly as you can helps with speed. Interesting fact !

I have not read about this but my thoughts are that it should. As leighdu says you are looking at numbers and memorizing them during the games. If you play often this should help you improve your "mental speed".

There was an actual study done on this. I remember reading about it. I will have to see if I can find it now. Just to add I love to play speed bingo.

Yes I think I have heard about that too. And there are various games that help with mental speed and sharpness.

I've been getting into bingo a lot more lately locally. Speed Bingo is one of my favorites too. It's more exciting. That keeps your mind and eyes going!

I have found that I am able to remember more things than before since I have playing bingo so I would that is a good thing. I also attend college and I am finding that it has helped with my schooling too.
