i can imagine if the calculation was just based upon the speed of the ball and the wheel the computer could (just) come up with some numbers in time but..... just think what really happens in a casino... the ball comes off the rim then hits the board and bounces away several times before settling. The randomness of each bounce would be impossible to calculate exactly (you would have to have the entire profile of the board, every tiny blemish etc, computed in) .
Methinks I feel an urban myth coming on.
