Well since the Patriot Act was passed by a very large majority that right there makes it legal. Plus you act like all phones are tapped when it is just the phones of suspected people with terror links.
Also I would like to point out that technically by the Constitution wire tapping is not illegal. The Supreme Court messed up and somehow found that wire tapping related to search and seizures when it obviously was not.
Plus the torture you go on and on about is ridiculous. Water boarding has been done maybe 3 times and has not been done since 2003. Plus I am not a terrorist or anything so I do not have to worry about being tortured. But the people that do are those in these foreign countries trying to help and be charitable. Kind of like the christian group that got kidnapped by te Taliban.
I want a source to your US killing 1 million people statement. Cause that alone shows you are so off base on this topic. In Iraq about 75% of civilian deaths are caused by terrorists. That shows who the real enemy is. If these people are opposed to us being there wouldnt it make since to attack us instead of crowds of people? So shut up and think before you speak.
Finally your oil statement again shows you know very little about this topic. America gets about 1% of our oil frim Iraq. How is this a war for oil then? We have not taken a single drop of their oil. But you know what I would love some free Iraqi oil. If this is indeed a war for oil then I want to know where the oil is. Oh wait a second. We are actually tryinig to get the Iraqi government to pass an oil bill to split the profits.
