Jokes are absolutely ok. I mean you can keep it professional and have fun at the same time. But when focus is taken from the game to much it is time to stop. Unfortunately you sometimes can not choose who to play with in a poker game so from time to time you have to deal with total jerks during a game. I guess you just have to accept it.
