If you look at the top of the page,
right hand side it says mechanical & systems trading,
click on this ,

new page will open it says,
free systems,
commercial systems,

click on the systems that you are going to put it in ,
new page opens,
on the left hand side of the page it says new thread,
click on this,
new page opens, fill in the headline countrykens racing tips and chat,
and in the left hand coloum put in you message
press submit ,
and thats it , have a go .
